Black Friday 2024 FAQ's
What can I expect from MiniZoo's Black Friday sale?
Our only storewide sale of the year is coming to MiniZoo at 9AM AEDST on Friday, 22nd November 2024! A coupon code will be provided for you to make even greater savings on everything, including already discounted brands (like Schleich and CollectA) AND clearance items. Additional to the storewide discount, there will be daily surprises listed each day in our VIP Facebook group.
How do I get early access?
Our VIP’s will receive the coupon code one hour before it is announced publicly! To become a VIP, join our Facebook group here. If you don’t have Facebook, you can also join our Black Friday mailing list here.
If I prepare my cart now, will it still be there when the sale starts?
Carts may clear if you are on a different device, browser or if you aren’t logged in to your account. Due to the uncertainty of this, we recommend creating a wishlist instead. You will be able to add items from your wishlist to your cart on the day of the sale.
How do I create a wishlist?
Log in to your MiniZoo account (if you don't have an account, you can create one here). Under your account, select 'Wishlist > 'New Wishlist'. Rename your wishlist to 'Black Friday' and set it to public if you'd like to share it with friends or family. Browse through our range and add your favourite items to your wishlist by clicking 'Add to Wishlist' located beside the Add to Cart button. You can also add out of stock items to your wishlist. Create as many wishlists as you like!
Can I make changes to my order during the sale?
Our small team will be very busy working at getting your orders shipped ASAP. As all orders are automatically fed through to the warehouse team, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed.
Can I combine orders during the sale?
Yes, but only if your first order hasn't yet been shipped. Please note your second order must be received prior to 9AM AEDST the following day so that the warehouse team are aware of which orders will be shipped together. Your second order must also include an order comment letting us know which order to combine it with. We will refund duplicated shipping costs if we are able to combine your orders for shipping. Please email us here to make arrangements.
Can I use my loyalty points during the sale?
Only one coupon can be applied per order, so loyalty discounts won’t work alongside the sale coupon. You will still earn loyalty points during Black Friday and these will continue accumulating for future use.
Where do I find the daily surprises?
Each morning at 9AM AEDST, a new surprise will be listed in our VIP Facebook group. It may be a bonus offer, extra discount or a surprise arrival! All surprises will be valid for 24 hours only, specific to certain brands and/or categories, with some subject to stock availability.
Can I layby during the sale?
Laybys will be switched off during our Black Friday sale. You can still use payment plans such as Afterpay, Zippay or PayPal Pay in 4.
