Christmas is coming and if you haven't started already, it won't be long until you break out the decorations, start wrapping presents and wear those silly Christmas hats! 

Here at MiniZoo, we like to include our figurines in everything we do, so with Christmas coming, I wanted to decorate them with their own hats, and well, they turned out way too cute not to share...

Make your own by following these steps:

You'll need:

- hat template (see below)

- felt (or you can use paper)

- scissors

- hot glue gun (to be used by adults only or use a safe craft glue for kids)

- small poms poms

Step 1. Trace hat template onto your felt or paper and cut to size. (Note: you may need to change the size to fit the smaller or larger animals)

Step 2. Wrap it around your finger to create a cone shape and add a dab of hot glue to keep it in place.

Step 3. Glue one mini pom pom to the top of the cone

Optional: Add extra felt or pom poms to the bottom of the cone for more decorations!
