Papo’s Right Whale model is painted with black skin with barnacles on its head, and white spotted patches on its belly, and is sculpted with its mouth ajar, showcasing its baleen ‘teeth’. This endangered whale got its name as it was the ‘right’ or correct whale to hunt, but its population has therefore been the most affected by whaling.
